NetApp Certified Support Engineer

Overview

Pass the NetApp Certified Support Engineer ONTAP Professional exam to stay ahead of the technology curve. Those that achieve this certification have validation of their skills in NetApp® solutions and technology, including on-site and remote support, general troubleshooting and root cause isolation, hardware replacement, documentation, node configuration, and software and firmware upgrades.

This exam verifies that

The exam tests a candidate’s ability to perform on-site and remote support, general troubleshooting and root cause isolation, hardware replacement, documentation, node configuration, and software and firmware upgrades in NetApp® solutions and technology.

Candidates should have at least six to 12 months of experience.
