Ever wonder if you and your data are AI-ready? Cloud-ready? Is your business truly prepared for a ransomware attack? And is your data infrastructure intelligent and future-proof? Answers and insights to these questions could revolutionize your business – and that’s exactly what “The STEMINISTS” weekly podcast is all about.

Our new podcast is your go-to-hub for tech enthusiasts and experts to connect, share ideas and dive into thought-provoking discussions. And we’ve got a TWIST: We bring fresh voices and different perspectives to the conversation in a way you’ve not likely heard before, as we explore the latest trends with innovators at the heart of technology.

Hosts Phoebe Goh and Mekka Williams are smart, funny and passionate about connecting listeners with the human side of technology. Phoebe calls herself, “an evangelist who brings enterprise tech to normal humans through community and conversations.” Mekka says she “hangs out at the nexus of GenAI, DevOps, and Platform Engineering.” Together, this dynamic duo spark engaging discussions on cutting-edge topics you want to hear about… and you’ll always learn something.

“We want to talk about how technology in general, and emerging trends such as AI, are facilitating the human/computer intersection, and how women are driving change,” Phoebe commented.

“Our goal is to create community and put new faces in the forefront, where everyone from business owners to tech gurus gives you a slightly different take. We open your eyes to a whole new way of doing business.” said Mekka. “It’s that AHA moment!”

Technology as an artform

Mekka and Phoebe view software development as a creative outlet—an artform just like any other. Similar to the diverse emotions and reactions influenced by a Monet or a Rembrandt, they recognize many different ways of perceiving technology.

“We have an appreciation for this unique kind of art form. And today, technology trends like AI, cloud, and cyber resiliency are forcing us to consider that technology is part of us. To become more efficient in all aspects of our lives, we must be creative. We will see more creativity in software development as we push forward in these technology spaces,” Phoebe says.

Inspired by tech, driven by connection

Each week, guests on The STEMINISTS podcast share inspirational stories about what motivates them in their technology careers. Mekka and Phoebe will create the opportunity for offering deep insights and reveal unique perspectives.

Mekka says, “We want to get folks thinking about data management strategy in a more proactive way, and we want to lend our expertise to help solve challenges everyone has.”
